Josh’s dream of becoming a business owner became a reality in 2017 when he started Climate Solutions with the help of his wife, Tiffany, because he wanted to combine his HVAC knowledge with his love for helping people. Focus has always been put on serving customers well and lifting up the employees. Co-owners, Josh and Tiffany, believe in doing the right thing and have built a business by continuing to do just that.
Why Choose Climate Solutions?
We strive to be different than the big HVAC outfits in town. You will not find absent owners’ faces plastered all over trucks and billboards or “memberships” offering better service and pricing for some customers than others. We do not have a pushy sales team ready to swoop in and take advantage of customers by telling them they need something they don’t or by pushing them to replace a system that is worth repairing. We treat our customers well and work hard to earn their trust so that they continue to call on us and share our name with others.

At Climate Solutions we have a team of knowledgeable technicians and friendly support staff ready to help. Our team works closely together to ensure our customers comfort needs are met while receiving superior customer service. Everyone here understands how important our customers are and we all work hard to make it known. From a friendly, real person answering the phone, to the technician taking extra time to explain something in the field to the owners making changes and improvements behind the scenes to better serve our customers- everyone here wants you to feel like you are important when you support our small business because you are.

We believe in giving back. It has been a priviledge to be able to do so in big ways thanks to the support we have received since starting this business.
In 2022 we were able to give away a fully installed TRANE HVAC system to a family in need. They moved to VA from another state and the HVAC in the home they purchased had issues, so they were without heat. They were struggling financially after just purchasing a home while also dealing with some health issues. It was a huge weight lifted off of their shoulders.
In 2023 we were fortunate enough to partner with Powhatan Habitat for Humanity. We got to be a part of making it possible for a mother to realize her dream of becoming a homeowner. Now she and her son have a comfortable place to call home.
A charity that is dear to our co-owners is Virginia Kids Belong. Climate Solutions has been able to support them in different ways for several years. They are a wonderful organization that creates initiatives in Virginia to help end the overwhelming foster care crisis. Virginia Kids Belong helps those in foster care find families, aids families fostering, and provides support to those that have aged out of foster care. Being a small part of something so important is one of the most fulfilling things we get to do as a business. There are so many children that need to feel like they belong somewhere. Recently many became victims of Hurricane Helene. Their lives were turned upside down and people found themselves without food, water, shelter or many basic needs and supplies. Climate Solutions was able to donate monetarily to those providing rescue and aid on the ground, including Aerial Recovery. Click to learn about their mission. https://aerialrecovery.org/ In addition we were able to send sleeping bags, air mattresses, coats and warm clothing with a friend that made the stretch to North Carolina to the affected areas that weren’t easily traveled to. If we all do a little it adds up to a lot.
